The attitude of the lady at the front desk was just horrendous. For $500 a night, i expected controllable issues, like the noisy guests and the brown stains on the towels, to be addressed. I almost considered giving a good review, but then i realized i was offered a handicap room instead of an upgrade. Just unacceptable.

It was just a reliable pick for a holiday in Elkhart with best value for money ratio. The kitchenette in the room made it easy to prepare snacks and meals, a pleasant surprise. Bring your own toiletries as they weren't provided.

Location: the hotel was not far from the convenient store called the Candlewood cupboard, the airport and a restaurant or store. I had the studio suite, it was well furnished and spacious

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Quilt Gardens, which are just a few steps away, and the Midwest Museum of American Art, almost a 6 km stroll that enriched my weekend exploration. Despite minor cleaning concerns, I found the front desk staff to be nice and cute.

One evening, the bathroom lights turned off mid-shower, leaving me in the dark. Although the room's layout was pleasant, it could use some maintenance, as the bathroom door didn't close smoothly. Lastly, I noticed a bit of noise from the outside, but it wasn't enough to keep me awake at night.
